Yes, please contact our Customer Service to get the list of fonts. We do not really have a maximum character limit because it depends on the space on the ring. Please note that this service is only available for engagement rings, eternity rings and wedding bands.

We partnered up with Paxel to handle all our shipments. All the shipments are insured for up to Rp. 50 million per shipment. For orders above Rp. 50 million, we will ship via RPX. We provide free shipping all over Indonesia, as long as the address is covered by either Paxel or RPX. If your address is far away from the city centre, please send your complete address to our Customer Service to have it checked beforehand.
The best DIY trick to wash your jewellery is to use dishwasher soap. Put a few drops of dishwasher soap into a bowl filled with warm water. Use a brush and gently brush every part of the jewellery. Rinse the jewellery into another bowl filled with clean water. Let the jewellery dry out on a piece of tissue paper. Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners too often as it makes the setting of the diamonds loose and might fall off eventually.
We provide 1x free resize for rings, 1x free polishing for any jewellery. We also provide warranty for up to 2pcs of small diamonds (under 0.10ct per piece) if it accidentally falls off.
Diamond certification is only available for 0.30ct per piece and above. We do not provide certification for diamonds below 0.30ct per piece, but you do not have to worry because we still use top quality F VVS diamonds even though they do not come with certification.
